Being in the midst of the holidays we are all prone to eat and overeat. I ordered this product in early December (12/9/2011) and then kind of forgot about it. I ordered it to help curb my cravings for sweets. I'm over 50 and for some reason I've read that these extreme cravings for sweets and menopause go hand in hand. I mean EXTREME!
Every day I would grab a Payday bar, or two or three! Donuts three at a time. Outrageously on top of these cravings, I'm hitting the gym and trying to maintain a healthy weight.
So three days ago, Saturday, December 31, 2011, as I usually do I placed my iron, vitamin C, B12, and blood pressure medication into the two week pill caddy adding a raspberry ketone for each day. I woke up Monday morning after a great night of sleep to notice that I was no longer having hot flashes. THAT was a surprise!
Today I noticed I didn't have any carvings for sweets! Normally, I'd be so compelled to have something sweet that I'd get in my car and go for it. I haven't felt that at all.
