I tried both of the Alcachofa Blend capsules and this one is my favorite. It helped me very much during my low calorie diet, where I dropped over 9 pounds in a month. I have tried both Alcachofa blend capsules as well as the Alcachofivida capsules. The Alcachofa Blend capsules suppressed my appetite a lot and the Alcachofivida one didn't. I was in a 1000 calorie deficit per day and these helped me stay in that range.
