CLA works great. It is highly recommended by nutritionists and workout enthusiasts. This is the second time I take and it's giving me just as great results.
One negative is that it is a pricey supplement since for it to work you must take 4 pills a day.
In conjunction with borage oil, I have been taking this supplement for slightly over two years now, with a few short breaks intermittently. I have read that you are supposed to cycle off of it for a couple of weeks after every four weeks of taking it, but I didn't find that doing that enhanced the effectiveness of the CLA upon starting back up. I like to think that it helps increase abdominal muscle WITH a consistent exercise plan. I have been gaining weight lately but I don't blame this supplement. I would also advise buying grass fed butter to get natural sources of CLA. I have tried other brands and I can't say that I noticed much of a difference between them, but I trust the quality of this brand. It is worth trying this product to supplement your current exercise plan.
