I have used Carnitine for several years both in training for bodybuilding and triathlons and found that it provides me with endurance type energy without feeling wired. I can just keep going and going and really enjoy my workouts. It is energy from the cellular level within the body and not a glycemic spike. According to Twin Labs, "Our Acetyl L-Carnitine is still from L-Carnipure manufactured in the U.S." I learned from reading a well-written review of a competing product from NOW that other vitamin manufacturers are using an inferior and untested synthesized, as opposed to fermented, product from China. I'm much happier with a tested, high-quality product
